In coming up against the humanness of the ego it seems that at times one is able to observe when one is being judged by another individual or group of individuals. We are all human and therefore we have learned about judgment from our schools, media, religions, governments and our parents. So, why is it when we recognize that we are judging another do we continue to do so even when we know it doesn't feel good?
And is it judgment coming from another individual or is it judgment coming from the observer that defines it as judgment? Another thought is that is the judgment based on the observers emotions around the perceived judgment or is it merely observation?
When one can feel the energy behind someone's comments and they know that they are being judged, how is one to respond to this judgment? Typical responses may be to deflect, defend or disassociate from such judgment depending on the one being judged owns context window of ideologies and beliefs about oneself and the world around them.
Is it even worth the effort to comment back to the judger or is in giving attention, energy and focus to such scenarios creating more of the same judgment? Or in the case of the same scenario and one knows one is being judged and they are at a loss of words because they are conscious of the negative feeling that are experiencing, and not wanting to inflict the same pain on another individual, if they resist comment are they subject to further judgment?
Why is it that people feel that they have the right to judge another person? Why are people so incredibly unconscious of the words that they use, that they are able to inflict so much pain into the world based on their use of words that feel so horrible? Why is it that the majority of the population is asleep and are completely unaware that as they go about their daily activities, that because we are all energy, their thoughts truly do become things.
The thoughts and words towards another of judgment, opinions and observation is harmful not only to the recipient that they are being directed towards but are bouncing right back at the individual who is thinking and speaking. More damage is being done to the auric energy of the individual who is doing the initial thinking, than to the person that they want to inflict their thoughts upon.
The reality that we are all energy is so profound that many teachers are attempting to teach it and yet most of the students are asleep and in confusion as to what the true essence of the lesson is all about. When we think a thought, for example a judging thought, we are in turn judging ourselves. The negative energy of the words we have formulated are a direct correlation to how we view ourselves. If we are judging others then in turn we are judging ourselves.
To further expand on the energy of judgment the tone in which we communicate the judgment, the specific words we use and the context we use them in all heighten the negative energy behind the judgment. Since we are, and everything is energy it makes logical sense that there is energy behind words.
This observer feels the energy behind words, as do many walking the planet, and yet for those of us who feel the energy behind words we feel them even more so when they are combined with certain tones and contexts. Therefore, judgment seems to some people as no big deal and to others as a form of condemnation, suppression and out right rejection.
In order to render this an make some logical sense as to why people judge this observe is in the process of allowing individuals to have their judgments and look towards the judger with peace, love and compassion. For in the judgment of others the judger is only judging themselves. In consciously being an observer one is able to remove the feelings and emotions when attempting to be part of this physical world, and allow each individual to have their own experience.
In observing a judger and in the minds eye offering peace, love and compassion towards the judger, the observe in turn is receiving peace, love and compassion back towards themselves. So, it would seem logical then that as more people began to view judgments from a state of peace, love and compassion that in time judgment would eventually disappear and we would live in a world of peace, love and compassion.
Therefore, choose thoughts consciously because they have energy. Choose thoughts that feel good. And when we choose thoughts that benefit others we also benefit ourselves. And this tiny step of the individual waking up means that each one of us can have a positive effect on the global oneness of humanity.
If peace, love and compassion becomes the global constant, imagine a world where we all have more than enough. This seems to be an observation that feels good, one that serves all of humanity. Be an observer instead of a judger. Why because it's not only your best interest but that of all of humanity.

Awareness at a Deeper Level - 3 Steps
When one considers the challenges of being part of mass consciousness, one has to ask oneself, could it be easier to run away from the pain and confusion of what is. And is it possible to remove one's emotions from situations that feel unpleasant. When faced with situations that feel awful, yucky, and disheartening how easy is it to be on, in and plugged into the matrix?
In recognizing that the Law of Attraction is always in action and that we are the creators of our own experiences, what does one do when the tricks of the trade seem to be working against ones own favor. Well, this observer seems to have a formula that always helps the process of being in this world, yet not of the world.
A 3 step process that makes the unpleasantness of life seem somewhat more bearable. A process that takes the Law of Attraction to a new level when fear, anger and despair are present. In other words an easy way to remove doubt from the equation.
The first step is ACCEPTANCE. This process includes accepting what is. Being 'okay' with being in the muck. Acknowledging the feelings and emotions that are present, knowing that one is human. Because we chose to come into physical form, we chose to have an experience and this experience is to connect with the 5 senses. So, be in a state of accepting what is. This begins to lessen the charge that comes with feelings and emotions that are displeasing to us.
The second step is EMBRACE. When we embrace what is we give it validation, which the ego requires. When we continually push down and suppress our emotions and our feelings, things boil and bubble and end up manifesting in ways that are in misalignment. Physical injuries, reactionary situations, illness, and undo stress related outcomes are realities in which we all witness everyday. When we acknowledge our feelings and be with them the charge again lessens and we are able to recognize that we attracted the experience for the sake of learning lessons. In recognizing the lessons, and briefly observing them we are less likely to recreate them in the future.
Moving into a state of gratitude comes from embracing the situation, thanking the Universe for the opportunity for growth, and knowing that once acknowledged the lesson will be easier to recognize and move through when it shows up again. Embrace the pain, the lesson and feel the gratitude for the opportunity that you are human, you have feelings and that you have the capacity to move thought what ever comes up for you.
The third stage is RELEASE. Release attachment to the outcome knowing that everything in divine order, in divine time. In order to experience the 5 senses we must feel the extremes because of the Law of Opposites. Therefore, by accepting what is, embracing it, and releasing it, we completely let go of the emotional charge that exists within all situations, feelings and emotions that are opposite to what we want. For humans this is what gets most of us stuck in that we perceive desired outcomes and when things don't show up, go our way or are different that how we wanted them to be we get disappointed, mad, angry and/or frustrated.
When we truly release all desire to what the future may be, from moments to minutes, we are much more able to be in a true state of bliss. Living in the NOW moment, becomes the new habit of presence and we are able to be functioning on a level that is in alignment with who we truly are. Who we truly are is extensions of God, Spirit, Divine Intelligence.
In recognizing that we are human, having human experiences we are able to more easily be in this world yet not of this world. So, the 3 Steps again are ACCEPT, EMBRACE and RELEASE. Like all new habits this takes time. Baby steps are the means to true enlightenment on this physical plane so take a baby step and try this on for yourself. It may just make living a little simpler, a lot more fun and a heck of a lot more exciting. Until later...be in bliss!

Lonliness on the Path to Enlightenment...
May 26...Loneliness on the path to enlightenment...
When one chooses, and commits to the path of spiritual growth, awakening or enlightenment it can at times seem somewhat lonely. Why is it lonely when one prefers the company of one's own self? What is the void that feels as if something is missing? Are we supposed to live like the Dali Lama in celibacy? Like Mother Teresa in complete dedication to a God? In service to the all that is and live a solitary life?
These questions seem to be in the forefront, and have been for the last few months as the acceleration of awakening seems to be taking place for this observer. In the desire for a deep a strong connection to Spirit, one seeks to find truth externally and turns towards the true masters that have walked the earth.
Many of them choose to walk the path alone with followers, students and vast quantities of people who had the capacity to hear what was being said. And others have chosen to have a significant other in their experience to do the work that needs to be done on the planet. Is it predestined or are we at conscious choice as to the path we are meant to walk?
In knowing that we do create our own realities it would seem that many choose life partners for reasons other than to learn lessons, to be of service or to experience life through the 5 senses. Some join in union because certain societies dictate that this is just what we are supposed to do. Others look towards another for happiness, meaning or security.
This is the unfortunate reality we live in, at least in Western society and yet what about coming together to experience deep, true, intimate love. Is it so hard to attract the soul mate for the purpose of fulfilling the mission that was chosen this time around.
In observation of what is, in knowing the principles of the Law of Attraction, and in understanding karma, it would seem that there are other forces working that are somewhat out of our control. It would be easy to enter into relationship for the sake of doing just this however, this observe is in the process of understanding the place of relationship and enlightenment.
As someone who feels that another is coming into the experience of fulfilling the mission, this observer also considers the role of many of the great master teachers. Alone or not alone? A question that is on the mind. Why? Just because it seems at times lonely...and yet it doesn't.
