At times when challenge is staring us in the face the easy way out is to throw in the towel and say,'I quit'! When the pain seems overwhelming and the task in front of us to big, to huge and just too darn much! What does one do when this feeling of dread is the guiding force and their only seems to be one way out?
The question to ask oneself is to set the intention for divine guidance. The first step of the Law of Attraction is to ask and this first step can be taken when anything is desired, including answers to the question, 'Now what?'
When in the asking process, allow yourself to feel the emotion of pain, anger or frustration. Contrary to many thinkers many would say just get positive. However when one is in the muck and can't seem to climb out of the ditch the most simple way to get unstuck is to briefly observe where one is. ACCEPT and acknowledge that you are experiencing the opposite of what you want Be in the pain and EMBRACE it. Be OK with feeling out of sorts to whatever degree the emotion is being experienced because it is only from this state of awareness that one can begin to shift away from it.
Once you have allowed yourself to feel the emotion and you can label it, then you can RELEASE it. This 3 step process may take some time to integrate however as with all new things their is a learning curve time frame. So go easy on yourself. Know that you are exactly where you are meant to be and you have been given an opportunity to grow and expand your own conscious awareness.
When we ACCEPT and EMBRACE what is by briefly observing it we are then in a position to RELEASE it to the Universe. This means asking the Universe, the first step of the Law of Attraction, to release all pain, anger, and frustration from the situation you are in. As you do so you will begin to feel the emotional charge around the undesired feeling begin to dissipate.
You can then begin to shift your emotions from fear, anger and frustration to those of hope, optimism and peace. Once these feelings are attained then and only then can one begin to feel love, appreciation and ultimately bliss.
When one is in the muck and a well wisher says, 'Just snap out of it,' it can feel offensive, frustration and it can feel like this person doesn't care. Or to a greater degree one may say to themselves,'this person has no clue how bad it is so who do they think they are telling me to just snap out of it.' The result is that you feel worse off than you did before.
A way of this unpleasant place is to ACCEPT that their intention is in the right place and to begin to embrace the feeling that goes along with knowing that someone cares enough that they want to assist you. They may not have the resources or knowing of how to assist you in a manner that feels good, however they really do care on some level. This is the process of EMBRACING the fact that someone does care. Then it becomes once again easier to RELEASE all attachment to the outcome of wanting a specific result, i.e. a shoulder to cry on or someone who will listen without judgment or opinion.
So, know that when we communicate with others that they are human beings having human experiences and that they will speak and act from their own context window. When you use the 3 step process of ACCEPT, EMBRACE and RELEASE you will find that any question can be answered by integrating these 3 steps into your thoughts, in turn into your daily rituals.
Eventually, as with all repetitious habits this will become your new context window and the emotional charge of break downs will be easier to transition into break thoughts. Celebrate the breakdowns and briefly feel the emotions so that you can move towards the break thoughts. Every time we acknowledge what it is we don't want we can give birth to what we do want.
Asking, attention and allowing are the 3 steps to the Law of Attraction and in the first step incorporate the ACCEPT, EMBRACE and RELEASE and you will have greater clarity in allowing the Universe to deliver to you what it is that you desire.
One final thought is that what we want is feelings, not things, so set the intention that during your breakdown you want the feeling of clarity and in turn the Universe will quickly and easily deliver to you the break thought. The break through will be another hurdle jumped. For some a baby step for others crashing through a brick wall. Just remember the 3's - ACCEPT, EMBRACE and RELEASE and all will be given unto you.
